In 2009, I began a career as an officer in the French Navy. I literally embarked on an extraordinary adventure as close as possible to men and women. I worked as a recruiter, selecting the crews of tomorrow and participated in managing the jobs and skills of sailors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 10 years of good and loyal services, the sun of Mauritius called to me and I decided to leave this beautiful institution to join my expatriated husband there. I started a new profession no less exciting, being a mom. Months later, I started working in my core business again: human resources. But something beyond motherhood had changed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I therefore wondered about the link between the well-being of employees and the prosperity of companies. Psychosocial risks were on the rise and around me it was a disaster (stress, burnout, musculoskeletal disorders …) In 2021, as the Director of Human Resources where I led strategic projects about life quality at work and the development of everyone’s skills, it became obvious, I wanted to contribute not only to the professional but also personal development of the people around me (physiological and emotional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A passion for aromatic plants<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Parallel to my professional activities, I\u2019m passionate about aromatic plants and have been for many years. I collect vials of essential oils for cosmetic and olfactory purposes. These small vials with their unknown molecules made sense to me after the birth of my first child. I rediscover the medicinal benefits of essential oils. Thanks to the wise advice of an aromatherapist, I use these prodigious oils every time I need healing. Thanks to that the use of natural and safe products for the whole family becomes a reflex.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
