How the programme is structured?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During your 1st appointment<\/strong> (1h30), a Vitality Assessment<\/strong> allows me to determine your health status. Questions about your medical history, your family\u2019s medical history, your diet, your sleep, your environment, your lifestyle and habits, allows me to build a personalised lifestyle programme<\/strong>, respectful of your health and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will explain how:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Balancing <\/strong>the activity of your body<\/strong> by preserving vital energy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Preserve and optimize<\/strong> your health and thus improve your quality of life<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Allow the body to self-regenerate<\/strong> by natural means<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The life hygiene programme is based on natural means, including:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Aromatherapy and its essential oils<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Herbal medicine and energy work<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Food supplements<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Dietary revision<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Inducing physical exercises<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manual therapies (massages, complementary treatments to naturopathy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The Follow-up Session<\/strong> (1h) allows you to take time for yourself and focus on yourself. It helps you monitor your progress following<\/strong> the introduction of the personalised life program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      My role is to guide you, to accompany you and gradually to give you back the energy and desire to become the driving force of your health once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      I welcome all types of people into my office: infants, children, adolescents, adults, seniors, pregnant women and athletes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
